WPF events

Enabled processing of the mouse events generated from the OpenCascade control in the WPF application. Solved some of the problems, it still remained to solve some flickering and redrawing problems. The whole team focused on integrating WPF, working now at populating the icons in the toolbar and connecting them with the commands. Planning for tomorrow evening to finish adding tools and start testing/fixing. Will have also to activate the options dialog and integration with the NaroStarter application that catches errors during usage.
