View tab on updates and installer fixes

WPF's Ribbon gets filled with all(most everything) of NaroCAD functionality of Windows.Forms. The installer was updated to get new changes in the last weeks and was fixed with the new issues found. Tomorrow most probably will be released a preview WPF version that includes the Ribbon UI, the renderer fixes and we may like to give it a try.
