New build: NaroCAD 1.5.2

Today made the NaroCAD 1.5.2 build.

Among the features of the new version are:

- 51 bugs fixed. More stable than previous versions,
- Plugin support implemented. Sample plugin provided,
- Added translate Gizmo,
- Improved editing Gizmos,
- Improved Fillet tool,
- Improved visual appearance.
