Plugin-ing UI (Part II)

All Ribbon was ported to new UI. Also the UI was fixed (some big icons in Solid group). This will mean that in future some other UI can be added/removed (for example if you want in future versions of NaroCAD to remove the View and Constrant tabs because you don't use them, you can go to: auto_plugin.naro and comment using # character (or remove) the line with: ViewInterfacePlugin
In future other parts will be moved to plugins (like: the logic of existing shapes) and I will improve documentation in this area also.
